Kinda dumb question LoL.. but me and the boyfriend are going camping this weekend... this particular campgrounds has a river for canoeing and a spring... but im afraid were going to get bored doing just those two things!
Other plans include alot of drinkiing :-P , Im bringing a deck of cards.. and also were cooking alot of yummy foods.
Anyone else have any suggestions for stuff to bring (like cards) to keep ourselves entertained?

if you can, get in the river...that would be fun.
get a fire and roast marshmellows and make smores.
you could bring the game apples to apples...it's fun.
a hike would be fun.
take a blanket when it gets dark and sit outside and look up at the stars.
skip rocks in the river.
bring flashlights...flash them everywhere...

Fishing is fun and relaxing. Bring books and some games besides cards.
We usually go on a hike or two while camping..can you swim on the river? That's always fun too.

Skip the alcohol... nature is for purity and cleanliness. Not for drunken fools. Go for a walk, look at birds, skip some stones. Cuddle and watch the trees move in the wind. Read a book...

If the cards and games fall short, bring a portable DVD player with rechargeable battery. Nowadays you can get one for about $100.00 and can watch in the tent if it rains.
If that gets boring, you can always "bump uglies".

word video games are solid till it receives darkish, get each physique again up with 3 categories (woman's call, u . s . a ., excuse for being late, activities and so on) and decide a random letter, set a time cut back and write something for each type commencing up with the chosen letter... incredibly relaxing once you get to sharing your solutions - they get stupid whilst human beings start up grabbing at straws! fantastically in case you cancel them out if 2 human beings have the comparable solutions, skill human beings choose for the less obvious.

one time we brought a telescope and everyone spent hours searching the stars
guitars were brought as well and we wrote music
i bring my artsupplies sometimes and draw and paint if i am not canoeing or hiking
and i always brought my dog who loved the out doors and playing

Get the US Army Survival Manual and try some stuff out.
Start a fire with natural material, build a solar water still, set traps (non-lethal), etc.
Or if you dont want to do work, play pranks on eachother.

Bring a tent and a queen sized air matress- entertainment handled----if you know what I mean.
