I just recieved my Stress Echo results..... as cardiologist are running a month to be seen I was curious as to what this means:

Cardiac Valves: There was physiologic tricuspid incompetence with indirect pulmonary artery pressure in the region of 38mm/Hg.

I am currently on beta-blockers for sinus tachycardia.... have had abnormal EKG with electricle ST depressions noted.

Cheers!

E-mail your question to sleepyheadcharly2@yahoo.com. She is one of the best cardiac nurses in the states and was a pioneer of cardiac nurse specialists! She's much better at explaining things in terms people can understand. I call her all the time and I'm a Cardiovascular Technician! I'll let her know to expect your e-mail! Good luck!

In simple words ur heart valve is not functiong properly, TACHYCARDIA is condition in which heart beats faster, so they put you on beta blocker. which reduces the heart beat,
In general your condition is not critical, so dont worry, may God help you
