Went to the doctor today and took a pregnancy test...it came up negative..so i guess thats not why i'm missing my period. Btw..its been 3 months so..

Yes. Often times people who get this disease don't know they have it. Also, any significant or even not so significant change can cause your period to be late. There could be SO many other reasons.
You really need to see a doctor to get checked for STDs and to see what is causing your period to be late or at least make sure you're not pregnant. Stress is a big factor in missed / late periods. Actually the stress about not getting it will cause it to be even later.

Stress can also cause missed periods, even if you dont "feel" stressed, a change in your amount of exercise per day can cause missed periods. If you think you have an std by all means GET TESTED but there could be a number of causes for missed periods.
