Breakfast- tofu scramble and soy sausage, fruit smoothie w/ protein powder, bagel w/ peanut butter and jelly, oatmeal or other hot cereal, cereal or granola with soy, rice, or nut milk

Lunch- bean burrito, veggie burger, veggie hot dog, veggie lunch"meat" sandwich, baked tempeh or tofu sandwich, tofu, tempeh, or seitan pan-fried, tofu lasagna, whole-grain pasta and tomato sauce, lentil soup

Dinner- falafel wrap w/ tahini dressin, cajun-style beans adn rice, vegetarian chili and mixed green salad, BBQ tofu and corn on the cob, veggie shish kabobs

Breakfast - Whole grain toast or Oatmeal w/ water, also left over cooked chicken is good for breakfast.
Lunch - Sandwiches with lots of veggies like sprouts and lettuce. Cold bean salads are good.
Dinner - Whole grain rice, Cooked squash and some red wine rosemary chicken with walnuts and maybe a little fresh crumbly blue cheese.

Breakfast-quinoa flakes (hot cereal), cottage cheese, low fat yogurt.
Lunch-veggie burgers, beans and rice, quesadilla, greek salad
Dinner-tofu stir-fry, cheese enchiladas, bean burritos, lentil or pea soup
Really, I would eat any of these for any meal, depending how hungry I was and what I had a taste for.

They both are Ideal for your health. If you eat both, you're better off. But yea, I've choose fruits because they taste better.

It will depend on the fruit or veg involved with a comparison. If perhaps you compare a farrenheit to a carrot, the carrot is the better of the two nutritional. But once you compare an avocado to the carrot, then your avocado is better. Equally the apple and avocado, are fruits.
