Well, for starters, you should make sure you are taking plenty of multivitamins.

There isn't any. You can take vitamins and fiber supplements of course, but it's far better to get the real thing. There are a lot of disease-fighting phytochemicals in fruits and vegetables that you will miss out on by not eating them.I hope you at least eat fruits if you're not eating veggies.

Why don't you give some different types a try? Have a pizza loaded up with peppers, mushrooms, tomato, olives, etc. Add lettuce and tomato to sandwiches, slip some spinach into your smoothies, have a salad with ranch dressing and croutons. Baby carrots make a delicious snack. They even make baked chips now that give you 1/2 a serving of veggies in each ounce. They're called Flat Earth. You can also drink V8 fusion juice, which tastes like fruit but is really fruit and veggies.

post? Do you mean supposed? There are no meds that can replace veggies. There are supplements like vitamins around but they do not replace veggies..they simply supplement.

none. veggies have important phytonutrients that pills don't have. veggies are the healthiest things you can possibly eat. especially green ones. try doing a green smoothie - mix veggie in with fruit and the fruit overrides the tast of the veggies so it doesn't taste so "vegetabley."

vegetables are wonderful when spiced right. not sure who wouldn't like a good indian or ethiopian dish. jalfrezi is especially amazing, as well as vegetable biryani.

If you are opposed to "eating veggies" try drinking them. Make/buy juice smoothies that combine fruit and veggies until your pallet matures - trust me no amount of supplement will replace the real McCoy. Good Luck!

Wow, you ARE clueless...you should add "stubborn" and "spoiled" to that as well.

And why would you want to waste money on meds that'll end up costing you hundreds of dollars a year instead of eating vegatables for a quarter of the cost? Youth these days are so dumb...

And I can't answer your question because I don't know what veggies are SUPPOSED to post. Post up in the paint? Post on the internet? What?

Take a multi-vitamin and maybe that will help you with your spelling and grammar as well. The word is not "post" it's supposed.
