chicken chow mein because it is not heavy for a early evening snacks. I tend to have light meals before 6pm to aid digestion and fat burning as I still have time to burn off the carb and fat before bed time.

I would like butter chicken, fried rice, bombay potatoes and mixed vegetables, but I am trying to be good as off on holiday soon, so I am having boiled brown rice with spring onions, baby tomatoes, mushrooms and fish. Boring I know.
