it tells you all about different products and teaches you how to live without them adn what substitutes are good for them like organic things or just different things to buy and use.

Some of the tips in this book are very practical. The idea of celebrities preaching to average citizens on being green seems absurd. These people work in businesses that have no real value to society. They spend their time flying private jets from place to place. They live in huge houses that consume large amounts of energy. They tend to be very wasteful people because they can "afford" it. Why should anyone listen to Tyra Banks explain how they should live green while she keeps her swimming pool heated to the right temperature or Dale Earnhardt, Jr who spends each week driving a car 500 miles around in a circle or Justin Timberlake who uses more electricity in one concert than most people use in a month?

Peace to you too.
My ex-girlfriend read that book and loved it. I never got a chance to check it out but it is on my "to-read' list.
I hear nothing but good things about it.
