what is the pulse rate which is good sometime s my pulse is over a 100 but i dont feel bad or sick i went to the doctor they check me out and i dont have no problem is can be the weather??the last week it was so hot here i was not go out eithere and now is cool of but is gonna be hot again could be that ??or what??help me please

Stop taking too much caffeine or stimulants.
Stop Smoking/ alcohol if you you do.
Avoid too much salt.
Regular exercise.
Control your weight.
Avoid fat, red meat, sugar in your diet.
Eat vegetables.
No hormones.
You will be fine in a week's time.

The normal rate for a normal person usually is 60-100, some people have a pulse rate of 45 and they are perfectly healthy. Depending on your age or weight 100 might be normal for you. But keeping your resting heart rate somewhere in 70s-80s is really good. Yes the weather does have something to do with. When you go outside you get dehydrated, as a result your body pumps more and more blood. To keep your heart rate lower don't smoke and don't consume caffeine. But if you exercise you can lower your heart rate by maybe 15-20 points. Good luck

80-100 beats is actually a normal pulse rate so you're at the normal level.. ^_^
