I can do with an ice cream sundae. It has to be sexy but can't involve showing any breasts or genitalia. Please I need something fresh and exciting.

The focus has to be on what I can do with a sundae. It has to be taped. Not really a new way to make a sundae but something sexy that involves a sundae at some point. Kind of like making a human sundae but I want something more original than that.

Well, not quite sure where this is going but you can put each ingredient of a sundae on a different body part. To enjoy the sundae, one must .....well, I'm sure you can figure this out.
Or, describe the making of the sundae, as you build it, in very sexual innuendos. Describe it in sensual, love makinglike terms. Fondle the cherries. Taste the ice cream with your finger with great oral display. Get messy with the chocalate syrup, spill it on your lips. Take a slow taste of the banana.
You get the picture.

Since all genitalia has to be covered, I suspect that leaves out using body parts as tools. I personally think that HOW you eat certain foods makes or breaks their sexiness. I've seen certain people eat green salad in a way that made me hot under the collar. Here are some ideas:
1. Prepare your favorite sundae using your favorite ingrediants. Make eating each part a delicacy, like something that tastes absolutely fabulous that you're tasting for the very first time.
2. Put on some lipstick and place two "eyes" on you chin to look like a face and lie down. With the camera focused on your lips, partake of your sundae from that angle.
3. Eat your sundae in a champagne glass in a tub full of bubbles.
4. Put on red lipstick and have the camera focus on your lips, no spoons please!
