1] feed her a well balanced diet - no fried, fast, or junk food - even diet junk food.
2] should drink 1/2 gallon of water a day - her body doesn't like something - try flushing most of it out.
3] take a good multivitamin with minerals every day - a little bit can help a lot!
4] some kind of exercise every day - walking, swimming, dancing, cycling, etc.
5] switch to all hypoallergenic products for her skin type - face and body wash, toner, sunscreen, and moisturizer.
Use sensitive skin detergent and unscented softener for clothes.
6] invest in : generic brand cortisone ointment - for breakout areas; Eucerin calming cream, and Aquaphor ointment as preventative. If scalp is affected, use Neutrogena Therapeutic T-Sal shampoo. I use these and they help a lot.
If you follow all these for ONE MONTH, with no or minimal improvement, research and follow an ELIMINATION diet - because it may be food related.
Good luck!
