You don't have to take any supplements - you'll get all the nutrients you need from you diet, as long as you eat a variety of foods, and strive for at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies every day. The meat that is on the grocery shelves today doesn't have much nutrition in it due to the horrible diet fed to farm animals.
You can take a one-a-day type vitamin if you like, but striving to eat a well balanced diet is a much better option.

If you are eating all those things, I wouldn't find it necessary to take a supplement. You can find vitamin B12 in shellfish, so you don't necessarily need a supplement for that. I read that supposedly B12 comes in eggs, but eggs also have a "blocker" that blocks the absorption. You can also usually get enough B12 through dairy products. I really don't think you have anything to worry about. Calcium is probably fine, although if either of you have an iron deficiency you may want to look into that. I take a multivitamin supplemented with iron because I have been anemic in the past.
As a vegan, I don't even usually need to take my vitamin, so I think you're okay.

Hey Dejon,
If you eat dairy, eggs and fish you will not easily be lacking in anything essential. I suggest reading up on veg nutrition, following a healthful diet for a few months and having a blood test to make sure you're doing it all right. Then you'll truly know what you're doing right and wrong for YOUR body and can correct it either with food or a supp. Here's a start: http://www.veganhealth.org/
I'm not sure as to your reasons for eating fish but you can get a veg*an omega 3-6-9 supplement along with a veg*an DHA supplement on this website, it's great. http://www.udoerasmus.com/products/oil_blend_en.htm
In other news, nutritional yeast is a wonder-food for b vitamins, which you can check out here: http://www.veganessentials.com

the only nutrient it quite is barely evidently available in animal ingredients is B12. there are various fortified ingredients with B12, maximum extraordinarily breakfast cereals. A multiple weight-alleviation plan of beans, legumes, nuts seeds, total grains vegetables and fruit will furnish all the different foodstuff you opt for. i'm not a vegetarian myself (I consume fish and dairy) yet have run for the time of this many situations, omnivores having the viewpoint thta beef is a technique or the different "mandatory" to a wholesome weight-alleviation plan. Bah!

You really don't need any suplements. I'm vegan and am perfectly healthy. However, I'd like to mention that you're not really a vegetarian. Vegetarians don't eat any meat, and fish is a meat. You're a pescetarian. There is no such thing as a vegetarian who eats the flesh of another animal.

Zinc and iron are about all I can think of, assuming you have a varied diet w/ a wide selection of foods
You should not need a protein or calcium supplement.

You are lacto-ovo pescetarian. That is not a type of vegetarian. I think that you should supplement your diet with lots of grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables.
