You are going to need some help. Find your local party rental store for tables, chairs, linens etc...they may even have decorations and staff you can hire to help set up. As far as food goes, if you are planning to prepare everything you better get started. Go to www.tapenwines.com , www. foodnetwork.com for recipes and ideas. You may find a local caterer from $6-$10 per head.
