HI there. If you mean you breath in the air coming from an intra aortic balloon pump, you are actually inhaling air contaminated by helium. Check out here in the internet bout helium gas toxicity. I am wondering though, how could an intraaortic balloon pump leak out the gases to the room?

Anyway, if you are still fine and ok, observation would just do.
Check out the internet though just to be sure.

Are you talking about intra-aortic balloon? well nothing to worry.
Don't repeat this mistake again is all I can say.
