The old stand by of an Hawaiian luau is a fun one. People can wear grass skirts and leis. You can order the props for the party at this website. http://www.orientaltrading.com/application?namespace=browse&origin=home.jsp&event=catalog&categoryId=377343&tabId=PartySupplies
I order many things from here, and have always been happy with it.
Of course you could even roast a pig, or just have a picnic ham decorated with pineapple and cherries as the main course.
Also, you could make banana pineapple ice cream using the recipe and techniques below.
1 can of evaporated milk (12oz)
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of crushed pineapple
1 large ripe banana mashed
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix to combine. Use a zip-lock sandwich bag and a freezer bag. Put about a cup of the ice cream mixture into the sandwich bag. Seal tightly. Put the sandwich bag into the freezer bag fill the bag with ice. Add about 1/8 cup of salt. Shake for about 20 minutes, use a towel because it will get cold. When the ice cream is frozen, take out the sandwich bag and rinse quickly under cold water. Cut a corner off the end of the bag and squeeze out the ice cream.

You can also use two coffee cans. This is really fun! Fill a small coffee can about 3/4ths the way full with the ice cream mixture. Put on the lid and use strong tape to seal. Place into a large coffee can. Fill the can with ice and add about 1/4 cup of salt. Tape the large can shut. Roll back and forth on the floor for about 20 minutes to 1/2 hour...depending on the room temperature. Remove the small can and rinse under cold water to remove the salt, open and enjoy! I have done both of these techniques and they work very well.

Go with a Caribbean theme. Play different types of Caribbean music including reggae.

Theme music- charades involving names of artists or songs. Everyone bring a Cd they do not want anymore (wrapped) number them and draw numbers. Dance contest singles only-one person at a time crowd picks the song and the winner. Bonfire-burn your most embarrasing poster, t-shirt, etc. of a long ago favorite(that you somehow have not seemed to get rid of).

How about "Everyone come to my house and eat some yummy barbeque"?

They're fifteen for heaven's sake-- they can create their own entertainment and don't need themes like six-year-olds do.
