That depends. Are you new at smoking? If you are, then yes. It is normal to be lightheaded and feel "weird" after your first few cigarettes. This is typical and will disappear almost completely within a few packs or so.

If you are not a new smoker, then maybe you should try cutting back. This may be your body's way of rejecting the nicotine. Be careful.

Yes, you are adding carbon dioxide to the lungs, and the nicotine contracts blood vessals, both of which affect blood flow to the brain.
