There are no vitamins/minerals scientifically proven to unclog your arteries. However, if you reduce your LDL ("bad cholesterol") and increase your HDL ("good cholesterol"), you can prevent the blockages from getting worse and leading to a heart attack. To do this,
1. avoid saturated fat. Saturated fat is in animal products, such as butter, beef, and bacon.
2. substitute the saturated fat in your diet with monounsaturated fat. Some foods with monounsaturated fats are olive oil, canola oil, avocados, olives, and pecans.
3. substitute the saturated fat in your diet with polyunsaturated fat. Some foods with polyunsaturated fats are fatty fish like salmon, sunflower seeds, flaxseed, walnuts, whole grains, and sesame oil. Stay away from fish oil supplements because sometimes the mercury in fish can be concentrated in the pills. It's always best to get your nutrients from food.
4. exercise (but if you already have atherosclerosis, speak with a doctor first, exercising can cause stress in your body and trigger a heart attack if your arteries are already clogged).

Much research has recently focused on how antioxidant vitamins may reduce cardiovascular disease risk. Antioxidant vitamins — E, C and beta carotene (a form of vitamin A) — have potential health-promoting properties. Though the data are incomplete, up to 30 percent of Americans are taking some form of antioxidant supplement.
The American Heart Association doesn't recommend using antioxidant vitamin supplements until more complete data are available. They continue to recommend that people eat a variety of nutrient-rich foods daily from all the basic food groups.
Eating a variety of foods low in saturated fat, trans fat and cholesterol will provide a natural source of these vitamins, minerals and fiber.
See the website of the American Heart Association for more information.

It appears that Vitamin K may play an important role in the prevention of heart disease. Research is revealing that this vitamin plays a role in ensuring calcium is deposited in the bones rather than in the arteries and keeping the arteries flexible. Some even believe that heart disease will eventually be classed as a Vitamin K deficiency.

It's claimed that Vitamin C and Vitamin E can be helpful. Also there are procedures called Intravenous Chelation (Therapy) and Oral Chelation (Therapy) that you could investigate.
You will probably get answers on this board promoting various vitamin/mineral and oral chelation products. I urge you to treat these with caution, however great they sound.
There is some danger in self-administration that you need to be aware of, so I suggest you research this yourself, then discuss your conclusions with your physician before undertaking any procedure affecting arteries or likely to affect your heart.
I am not medically qualified. and I bet most of the people answering your question are not either... take care who you listen to.
** IV Chelation Therapy is perfomed in hospital... it can be very expensive

Frankly speaking there is no such drug, which can wash out fat or loosen up arteriosclerosis or atherosclerosis.
The drug companies are taking psychological advantage from the sufferers of artery disease, to be precise Heart drugs Mafia and earning a lucrative amount of money from innocent patients.
They are many loitering claims, which have not any approval from FDA, AHA, WHO,etc.
Contact your doctor and ask him OK.
Prevention is the best medicine.
