It is very difficult to reach a prognosis at this age, in my opinion he can live a normal life if he starts exercising or join a gym with weight reducing exercises, and consult a dietrician.
He should consult his physician regularly.
REMEMBER NO WEIGHT SO CALLED WEIGHT REDUCING SUPPLEMENTS OK.

It would depend on how advanced the heart disease was. Check with your doctor. A healthy diet is a medical necessity at this point.

This sounds like a desperate situation. This person needs to visit his physician ASAP!
The person you are referring to needs to get on a healthy eating plan...now. No fast foods! Lean meats, veggies, fruits and whole grains. Certainly the person in question should limit their intake of fats!
Tell your friendGood luck Sorry I can't recommend exercise til (he) sees his Dr.
