I will try to simply this topic for you:
110 mm Hg= systolic pressure also known as the upper one.
60 mm Hg= diastolic pressure also known as down one.
Your BP is good within normal limits so you don't have to worry.
So be happy and enjoy life, forget the BP Apparatus as readings keep on fluctuation from time to time OK.

You have a normal BP.
Top number : systole
Bottom number : diastole
Pre-high blood pressure:
Top number is consistently 120 to 139 or the bottom number reads 80 to 89
Stage 1 high blood pressure:
Top number is consistently 140 to 159 or the bottom number reads 90 to 99
Stage 2 high blood pressure:
Top number is consistently 160 or over or the bottom number reads 100 or over
Low blood pressure (hypotension):
Top number reading lower than 90 or pressure 25 mmHg lower than usual

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

The first number 110 mm Hg ( mercury ) means the pressure on 1 cubic mm of the blood vessels wall during the contraction of the left ventricle of the heart to pump the blood all over the body and called systolic pressure, while the second number 60 means the diastolic pressure in which blood returning to the right atrium from the lungs and pumped to the left atrium in the heart to go to the left ventricle again and forming the blood circulation pressure, the systolic will increase during the exertion, fear, different emotion, diseases… ect. while the diastolic will not change except at diseases like hypertension, increased intracranial pressure… ect .
The WHO description of the normal blood pressure of normal adult at rest time is 130 over 90.5 mm Hg, so if your pressure is measured at rest time, you have no other symptoms and not athletic ( usually they have low blood pressure ) it’s absolutely normal or some a bit low which has no any prognosis don’t be wary.

well it depends on your age.
An average i think is 120 for stystolic and 80 is normal for diastolic blood pressure. 110 is your stystolic and 60 is your diastolic. Your is prefectly fine. You might be a little low. But...i dont think you should worry! And you might not be an adult yet...which being an adult causes an increase in your blood pressure.

A little low, but good. High would be 130 over 90. Perfect is 120 over 80. The bottom is the most critical.

It depends on your age.
For an adult 20-25 years old, a normal pressure is 120/80.

well, it all depends on in which order the numbers were given. there is a diastolic pressure (lower number) and a systolic pressure (upper number). if your pressure read 110 over 60, then i would say that is pretty low, but still within fairly normal limits.

the 110 is your systolic pressure
the 60 is your diastolic pressure
systolic means the pressure on the artery when its filled (the cuff is really tight)
diastolic is the pressure after the pump, and before the next.
110 over 60 is a very normal pressure, you are in good health.
