Open face sloppy joes on slices of garlic toast (made from French Bread), and some steamed fresh carrots. You can use the L/O bread tomorrow morning for french toast (breakfast) or bread pudding (dessert). The L/O carrots can go into a carrot-raisin salad or used as a veggie again or shredded into a salad.

make beans (lentil, black, pinto...etc). you can buy them canned or make them yourself. most take 4 hours except lentil which only take about 20 minutes. You can put them in potatoes and maybe buy some cheese or veggies to add. For dessert buy a large container of low-fat yogurt (about 2$) and seperate it into little cups in the freezer. or make jello and top with dessert toppin ($1.50 for both.) also instead of potatoes you could use tortilla chips and make nachos
