How do condoms help when you have genital warts because if you touch a spot where the condom isn't covered then you could get it?????

Hi look condoms reduce the risk of contracting a std BUT they do not help uncovered areas like you describe so the risk is high if not covered.
You have to be so careful when having sex with someone who has genital warts or anything for that matter, ♥

Condoms do help prevent the risk of contracting genital warts but it also depends on where the warts are. Even if there is not an outbreak, you can contract the diesease through sexual fluids, or if you have a sore from something else and the person has a lesion on the warts. But a condom will help prevent it but not a whole lot and I would be worried about the condom breaking because of the friction of the warts. I would prefer to use a female condom, they are bigger and a lot stonger than male condoms but much more expensive.

Condoms do prevent a large amount of STD's from spreading. However, your best bet is to avoid contact with people who have an STD, because even though condoms help, there is still a possibility of contracting a disease, especially if the condom breaks or comes off.
