Yes, it is possible to have multiple STD's at one time. That is like asking if it's possible to have allergies and a cold at the same time. Each STD is created by a different bacteria, or a different virus. It is very realistic that you could have more than one at a time. If you think that you may have one or more STD's, then you need to consult your physician immediately.

No. Not possible. Know how I know? There was this one time when I had a stomach ache, then all of a sudden I got a headache, but my stomach ache went away. So obviously you can only have one STD at a time. My advice is, if you happen to catch HIV, try really hard to get herpes or gonorrhea cause then it won't be so bad.

of course you can have more than one at a time. Many usually do, that is why they are treated with broad spectrum antibiotics, one that will kill a wide variety of organisms.
