No. Not possible. Know how I know? There was this one time when I had a stomach ache, then all of a sudden I got a headache, but my stomach ache went away. So obviously you can only have one STD at a time. My advice is, if you happen to catch HIV, try really hard to get herpes or gonorrhea cause then it won't be so bad.
