Go to Costco and get some trays made. They will do fruit, sandwiches, tortilla rolls, desserts, whatever you need, and they are certainly reasonable. You could also call someplace like an Italian deli or Subway or Quiznos for a 3-6' Sandwich or a Mexican place for a 6 ' burrito. Good luck.

I would inlist some help. You will spend $350-$700. If money is not an issue, have it catered by Jason's Deli, A Bar B Que place, etc... Or as suggested get the deli trays, veggie trays, fruit trays from the grocery and personlize it by making the cole slaw, potato salad, macaroni salad.
Make a great punch, giner ale, white grape peach and your favorite sherbet.

If you have Costco where you live that is the best way to go. They have a large variety of party food. They have sandwiches, dips, veggi platters, fruit platters, sushi, drinks, desert and a lot more. I did this on my last party and it was a hit.
Good luck

I dont know if anyone added a drink idea, but here is mine!
Pineapple Tea
3 cans (12 ounces each) unsweetened pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
1 1/2 cups lemon juice
1 cup sugar
12 cups iced tea

1. Mix juice concentrate, lemon juice and sugar in large pitcher until sugar is dissolved.
2. Stir in tea. Store covered in refrigerator.

Here's some ideas:

Take a block of cream cheese and put salsa over it and if want pineapple...dip for crackers

Take ritz crackers and spread cream cheese on top and put a dates on top (very good)

You can also look in the frozen section in your grocery store and you'll find all kinds of appetizers that you can make before anyone comes....

Have a good party...........
