The normal B.P for an young adult should be 120/80 mm Hg
The Above reading (Called Systolic BP) can vary from 110-130 mm Hg And the lower reading (Called Diastolic BP) can vary from 75-85 mm Hg.
Please note that this is the BP at resting. That means in cause you exercise it will then tend to rise.
The BP can also be a little higher than the above values. It's called as HIGH NORMAL BP. That means the BP is a little higher than average but it's absolutely normal
The BP should be Below 140/90 mm Hg so as to called HIGH NORMAL (also called Pre-Hypertension)
Any value above 140/90 mm Hg will be labeled as High BP

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

This varies greatly depending on your size, build, baseline blood pressure, etc. The 'perfect' blood pressure is 120/80. Variations do exist that are still considered normal surrounding this 'perfect' blood pressure. Normal heart rate varies as well depending on many variables. We say a 'normal' heart rate is between 60-80 beats per minute.

You should read "The Blood Pressure Solution" (also available in electronic format, watch the video presentation here: http://www.fixbloodpressure.com ) It's a very comprehensive step-by-step book that walks you through the natural remedies of high blood pressure. It provides you with a lot of information on what foods to eat, how you can acquire and prepare these foods, how you can change your lifestyle for the better, how to eliminate the toxins from your body, how to reduce stress, how you can check your blood pressure level the correct way etc.
The book is amazing in that it not only lowers your blood pressure without the help of medications; it also aids you in having a life that is healthy, happier, and less stressful. This book chanced my life.

You have asked a very disputable question, because various school of thoughts give different pressure range.
Some say 110/70 other say 120/80 mm Hg, 110/70 is said to be ideal!while others say 120/80 mm Hg.
Any thing above is considered to be abnormal.
This is brief summary.

120/80 or lower is best with a resting heart rate of 55-72bpm. If your blood pressure is a little higher than that, try to cut out salts from your diet and exercise more to bring it down as well as getting the heart rate up to lower your resting bpm.
