I know that you already have way many suggestions, but I figured that I would pop in and mention that a banana makes a great base for a fruit shake. Peel it, put it in the blender, add fresh or frozen fruits and fruit juices, hit blend, and enjoy! Amazingly delicious and healthy way to enjoy a banana.
Other than that, you could make banana bread, peanut butter and banana sandwiches, use a banana to top your sundaes, carve it into funny edible shapes, freeze it, or just eat it plain.
EDIT: Reading the other posters' ideas (and trying not to drool on the keyboard, especially at the thought of a fried banana!) I thought I'd mention that if you use yogurt, watch out for gelatin. You almost certainly already knew this, but it's better safe than sorry, right?

You can get like 3 or 4 different fruits (banana included) and some yogurt. Get4 or 5 bowls depending oh how many types of fruit you have plus one for the yogurt. Put all each in a bowl seperate. Next, put all bowls ona plate and then you have fruits that you may eatand try plus yogurt as a dip. It tastes very yummy. Also has no meat at akll and is a very healthy vegetarian meal

Bananas are wonderful cooked!!
You can sautee them in about fifteen minutes --
4 Bananas
3 Tablespoons unsalted Butter
Flour for dredging
2 Tablespoons Sugar, plus more to sprinkle on after cooking to your preference
Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Peel the bananas and cut them in half longways and crosswise, so each banana is cut in four.
Place the butter in a deep, large skillet over medium heat.
Dredge the bananas in flour and shake to remove excess(they should end up with a light flour coating).
When the butter foam subsides, add the pieces to the skillet.
Cook, turning frequently, until they are golden and turning brown, about ten minutes. Sprinkle both sides with the sugar and cook one more minute. Serve with sugar and lemon juice.
From my experience, use larger bananas, as smaller ones have a tendency to fall apart. The bananas you use should be ripe, because they won't ripen and sweeten as you cook them, but not too soft and ripe, as this will also cause them to fall apart.
Feel free to experiment with this dish, as bananas go well with everything. Drizzle with honey or chocolate, serve with nuts, try lime juice, mix with other fruit...Be Creative!!

Bananas Foster
¼ cup (½ stick) butter
1 cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup banana liqueur
4 bananas, cut in half
lengthwise, then halved
¼ cup dark rum
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
Combine the butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a flambé pan or skillet. Place the pan over low heat either on an alcohol burner or on top of the stove, and cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Stir in the banana liqueur, then place the bananas in the pan. When the banana sections soften and begin to brown, carefully add the rum. Continue to cook the sauce until the rum is hot, then tip the pan slightly to ignite the rum. When the flames subside, lift the bananas out of the pan and place four pieces over each portion of ice cream. Generously spoon warm sauce over the top of the ice cream and serve immediately.

I'm a vegan and I use mashed banana is place of eggs for recipes such as cakes, breads, muffins, and cookies. Banana's are also great frozen. I like peanut butter and banana sandwiches. Or just make a fruit salad. Hope it helps.

the quickest, easiest, and tastiest way would be to peel the banana and eat as is. :P
Ya I am sorry, sarcasm is second nature to me! if you want to keep it simple, I usually just cut up bananas and add to kashi cereal etc. Or slice strawberries, add a little sugar and let sit for about an hour so it forms a nice juice. Than add sliced banana, and tada! Nice sweet treat. Its basic, but so are bananas :)

Try Banana Milkshakes. It's a cool summer time treat. In a blender, mix vanilla ice cream, milk, and bananas. blend until smooth, and enjoy.
You can also try banana bread or muffins.
