I had a terrible case of scabies 30 years ago. One good shower with Kwell shampoo & Kwell soap (Rx only at the time) got rid of them. The doctor had us do it once more a week later just to be sure.

They are not just sexually transmitted. My mother-in-law got them working as a nurse. Close contact is required, but it is not just sexually transmitted. (Luckily, I got them the fun way!)

You do not have to treat the house. They are not like fleas or bedbugs.

If you are just worried about the little scabies, he is safe to come back inside. Personal hygiene has little to do with it. If you don't trust him, well... that has nothing to do with scabies.

As long as you both have been treated and they are gone, you can be together. Also, all clothes and linens must be washed in hot water. If you were on the furniture, that must be treated also. I got scabies from a couch so I know they can be in the furniture.

You sure do have excitement in your life! You don't need to be in contact with him, ever! He gave you scabies and that's a nasty disease to catch. He should be banned from you and your house, I guess you like having scabies and must be trying to catch them again. That's just idiotic.
