It depends on the ingredients of the dinners. If you're talking about Kraft Macaroni and Cheese, then no, because it's made with powdered cheese. If you're trying to be vegan, you should ALWAYS read the list of ingredients for foods you're buying, because otherwise you could unwittingly buy something with animal byproducts in it.

NO because it has cheese and wey and yeast in it. Look at the ingredients and you will see this. You need to buy vegan mac and cheese. Many grocery stores have these options in there organic section you just need to look for them. Or make it from scratch!

Not at all and with all of the chemicals and crap that they put in there, why would you want to eat it??? I'm not vegan or even a vegetarian, I simply believe that organic and natural is best.

No, cheese is made with cow's milk. So it is only lacto-vegetarian.
