You learn to live with it. It's difficult, believe me, you feel dirty and ashamed. But the best thing you can do is forgive yourself and realize that it doesn't make you a bad person. You will be fine. There are many support sites where you can talk to people who have the same condition you do, and can give you an ear to talk to, or advice on how they found comfort in their situation.

There are a lot of answers on here of people you shake their finger because they are apparently so safe. Just know something like HPV or herpes is not tested in typical std screenings, and can be spread without symptoms or the other person knowing they have it. People who are so judgmental will someday hopefully have reason to open their eyes. I am in your situation and I wish you the best. Don't be ashamed of who you are, things happen. Ignorant people will end up hurting your feelings and making you sad, but in the end you'll come out of this stronger!

I would see a doctor immediately. Then, I'd tell anyone else around me that I thought may need to be tested. I'd also tell everyone in the future because I wouldn't want to hurt anyone else's life. After all was said and done I believe that I would be a spokes person for the STD, to warn people about it, and to try to prevent this kind of thing from happening to anyone else.

just becuz you got a STD doesn't mean you life is over. go to the Doc and figure some kind of treatment. some STDs you cant git rid of, but there is something that will help control brakeouts. (depending on what STD you got) if you do have sex, the right thing to do is tell the person before anything happens. and use condoms, they just might help spriding the STD. if they understand then they are worth it, if not then **** them! more then 1/3 of americans have a STD!

HPV is very much like this, you have it forever. The best way to be happy is to be very up front with the people who you are dating, sleeping with, or marrying because they would want to know if you had something.

Also, don't feel ashamed. I know it's slightly embarassing, but there's the timeless principle of learning from your mistakes. You made a bad choice in life, and now it's time to turn this negative into a positive.

This gives you an opportunity to start a new way of life. Start dating new people, quit smoking/drinking, become more spiritual. There are many things you can do to make yourself happy.

Who knows, maybe you'll find your true love because of something like this?

Get on with life. Herpes is a nuisance but nothing more. People are getting stds completely out of all proportion.

Having had around 2,800 partners in my life I speak from experience.

STDS ARE NOT A MAJOR PROBLEM DESPITE THE PURITAN HYPE.

I would be finding someone to treat that thing just as fast as I could. Any STD that can't be gotten rid of is sure to do your body some real harm.

What could you do? Get treatment for the symptoms and be honest with any potential sex partners about what you have. There are support groups to help you cope with whatever anger, guilt, shame, or depression you might have about this (and all these feelings are normal). Don't let the disease define your life.

Go on a 40 day juice fast, drink lots of fresh onion juice mixed with other juices, also garlic juice mixed with other juices.

Then I would go to a 100% raw vegan diet, and eat lots of carrots, radishes, onions, garlic, broccoli, apples.

If I had an STD that I couldn't get rid of, I wouldn't have sex. It's been a billion years since I did anyway. I suppose I could wait a billion more.
