If you masturbated, then immediately after, began fingering your girlfriend, then yes there is a chance.
If you masturbated, waited 3 hours, then began fingering your girlfriend, then no there is little to no chance.
Sperm is considered dead when the semen has completely dried and can no longer transport itself to a partner.
