He's too rough and he's too inexperienced to know it. Porn always shows the guys being rough...most porn is made for guys. They don't get that you can get a woman much more excited by being gentle and slow. It's up to you teach him so he'll grow up to be a real lover and not just a horny young boy.

Tell your boyfriend that 'twist and stuff' is a turn-off, not a turn-on. You should not be sore - a tiny bit tender maybe.
Tell him what you do and don't like. Be direct, but not bossy.
If something hurts, you need a 'stop immediately' signal.[ say red light, etc. ] Say 'I like it when you ...' instead of 'I hate that!'
Try to be encouraging.

Use lube, or don't try it until your really turned on. Try doing it on yourself more and work out what techniqure feels the best, then pass the information on to your boyfriend.
