I live in jamaica an would like to recycle plastic,paper , metals and batteries

You might contact the MacArthur Foundation. They recently gave a grant to the Jamaica Environment Trust for eco-projects.

hi it shouldnt be that costly to start up all you need are a couple of labourers and you will probably find you will make a lot of money especially in metals.....
I would talk to local council about it......
I used to work in a scrap metal yard and firewood yard and the guy was making a lot of money and he's been doing it for about 100 years......
All he did was throw the metal into bins and then send it to a larger company that buys it in bulk.
Whilst selling firewood, dirt/mulch, gas tank reffills at the same time.
