I eat them for their taste but am wondering if they are doing my body any good.

In case you did not notice, I did not state that these were the only things I eat. I do eat well-balanced meals and i snack because I do physical labour for work and need more calories than the average person. Thanks anyway.

i think you're fine. they're great sources of protein, iron, fiber, potassium, etc. Just try not to overdo it because they can also be high in fat and calories (though good fat and calories). So, make sure to balance out by eating larger pieces of fresh fruit (maybe peaches/nectarines if you like apricots, plums or raisins if you like figs, and changing up some of the nuts you snack on for a wider vegetable content). Olives are good for you too but are often high in sodium...so try to avoid going overboard. some people like wasabi peas, or edamame (if you're not afraid of interesting taste and textures but enjoy salty/hearty things)

Hi My name is Nima and when I was 14 i used to be huuuge but then I just tried to eat all kind of fruits when I was hungry instead of eating snacks. then I ate an apple before every meal. I have to say that I was eating kebabs even pizza but just once in a month or much then I was jugging, hiking and etc. after a year my weight was decreased by 15 kilos

If they are fresh, I don't see a problem. but snaking itself is a problem.

Remember to also keep a balance diet. Eat regularly and don't forget green leafy vegetables, cereal, grains, carrots, potato, etc.

all of them except olive.. they sure are yummie though but really dont do much for you.if you like carrots eat them.broccoli,just any veggies and fruits you can think of are good for you.. just make sure they are fresh and not canned and packed with sugar..

That sound like it would be healthy for a meat eater or a vegetarian. Oh, I eat meat. Yes, that sounds healthy
