I'm being serious. If you were not a vegan before what was your favorite meat? Or if you were to slip what would you goto as far as meat product? I'm curious. Let me know. I mean no harm by this question. Just a penny for your thoughts? Think thats how it goes. haha. Anyways thanks for our honest opinion.

Well, I wouldn't "slip". But if I were held at gunpoint and given my choice of meat it'd prob'ly be....grilled salmon!

If you were held at gun point and were forced to eat human meat, would you? I'm serious.

Why do you assume vegans have less desire to live? Because we want animals to live? Actually I want everyone to live because I value life very much, and I know it is equally important to all animals. Of course it is understandable to do extraordinary things in extraordinary situations like that, but this doesnt justify living like a thoughtless monster on every day basis.

But honestly I could not kill an animal. That much I know.

I've been vegetarian/vegan for about two months and I don't really miss meat at all. But if I were forced at gun point to eat something ... I guess I would go with a medium rare london broil steak. My grandma made really good ones when she was able to cook.

I was a real chicken fanatic before being vegan though. Now it's presence doesn't even tempt me. It's weird how one's mindset can change so quickly.

If I absolutely had to eat meat. I would eat the biggest juiciest steak that was barbecued medium rare. I've only been a vegetarian for 6 months for health reasons, so the smell of BBQ still smells good sometimes.

Meat eaters that choose to antagonize the vegetarian/vegan section are only doing it because they happened to have at least one experience with a vegetarian/vegan where they were forcing their beliefs on them. But what I can't comprehend is, just because they had that bad experience, why do they assume all vegetarians/vegans will do the same? Wouldn't that fall under the same category as generalizing that all whites are white supremacists? Of course we know that all whites are not like that, so why assume that about any other group?
Some meat eaters come to this forum only to be antagonistic and once they receive the negative reactions that they were seeking, they use that as fuel to continue their belief that all vegetarians/vegans are alike. It's a vicious cycle that is based on assumptions and broad generalizations mostly.
