I really don't know but I do know that it could seriously raise your potassium levels.And high potassium can affect the small blood vessels in the kidneys.Your heart also has small blood vessels too so i am just guessing that its possible.The old rule of too much of anything is not good,And if there was a problem that was un diagnosed could make things more possible.

I found a potassium range contained in a banana to be 3.3 to 5.5 mg/g. Vitamins can contain 99 mg of potassium...so that would be a lot of bananas required to get the blood level up to toxic levels.
