And I suspect your Doctor will be wanting to talk to you soon. They are high, and it would be best to talk to your Dr, about a diabete diet, and see what he has to say . If you are over weight, even losing a small amount of weight can be of benifit. I am on a 3 month stay, where I'm trying to bring the diabetes numbers down with a diabete diet and weight loss. Then I will have another 3 month test, ( A blood test that averages you sugar level over 3 month period ) and we'll go from there.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

This is dangerously high and you need medications.
Your fasting sugar should be under 160 and your 2-hour post lunch under 180mg/dl.
You should eat between 45-60gms carbs per meal.
How long have you had sugar levels this high.
If they continue to be this high, you most likely will start on insulin to get them lowered to the target range.
Please visit the website www.ada.org and get the normal ranges as recommended by the American Diabetes Association.
Please follow your diet carefully and you should be alright to get this under control.
I hope that you are going to a doctor that will take the time for you and put you on medications that will do the magic for you as far as your levels go, but you will have to have some will power to fight off cravings and learn to eat a lot differently.
Hope this helps you in your new found problem and hope that you will be able to live with this disease as the rest of us in the diabetic world have.
Best of Luck to you.

That is extremely high, and you should be checked by a physcian immediately. Blood sugars in a normal healthy person range anywhere from 80-120. With proper medication, diet, and exercise, you can bring your sugar back down to where it needs to be.

these are high. Your doctor should put you on some medication for it. Fasting glucose is usually no higher than 100-110, and post meal blood sugars (2 hours post meal)should not be any higher than 140-150.

Diabetes is usually treated through a combination of diet (low sugar), exercise and medications/insulin. Read here https://tr.im/axLWC
Milder cases can be controlled with just diet an/or exercise while more severe cases require meds or insulin as well.

Usually if type two diabetes, or other health concearns they will put you on oral, or insulan. But you need meds now.... I do not have pills, but insulan, when it happens. You should learn to adjust diet, exercise, mild/moderate, loss excess wieght if any. Those will lower blood sugar a bit. and may help you long term ALOT
