the children will inherit the characteristics of the potential father to be? He is frail, malnourished, rather sickly, and most certainly not the picture of health. I realize that these characteristics are only a result of his diet, so it is my hope that they will not be passed down to the children. But I'm just not sure and am a bit concerned.

Wow! Are you serious?
You must have slept through biology class.
My main concern is that hopefully your sister doesn't pass on the retardation gene that you seem to be have.

I see your concerns. I'm a raw vegan but healthy looking guy. I have come from poor to good health and know people like this person you described.

The reason he's sickly could be he's toxic. Veganism restores the body if the diet is properly maintained. The toxicity usually prevents the body from absorbing proper nutrition. If this guy has a baby, he probably will be passing on weaker genetics traits. He needs to cleanse and replace those toxic tissues and organs with fresh vibrant cell's. This process is called regeneration.

I'm a distributor of high vibrational living nutritional supplements. If you want more information contact me for assistance.

I hope this find's you well.

Wow "nice guy" you seem to know the oddest and sickliest vegans. So far you have known a "friend" going bald from being vegan, a vegan that lives off the land and can't use tractors for fear of pollution, a vegan relative that won't let you eat anything with meat, and now this.

On these types of websites a person expects a certain amount of trolling behavior. However the worst part about your trolling is that you make it seem as if it is a valid and real question/concern(some of the time), and people genuinely try and help you sometimes. Stop wasting peoples time, and get an actual hobby, preferably one where you don't need to be around anyone that doesn't share your ideas and beliefs since you seem to have an issue with that.

I suspect that you are NOT a "Niceguy" after all, but simply someone that is looking for a forum in which to judge what you do not understand nor care to. You have probably decided that because this person happens to be a "vegan" that he is unhealthy and sickly. He should just have a good steak, right??? Perhaps the reason he's a Vegan is because he has a medical condition that might improve with the diet! And, more importantly, your niece's happiness is at stake here. How about giving your blessing and keeping your mouth shut????

He's probably "sickly" from something other than being a vegan! Like, he's actually sick.

If it is due to his veganism, than he's probably inexperienced and isn't getting the proper nutrition. This sometimes happens when people adopt an earth-friendly lifestyle without fully learning what their health requirements are.

If he is sick in some way, it depends on what the problem is if it will pass to the children or not. If it is due to his diet, veganism is not something that "passed down," so no worries.

And seeing as the ultimate concern is your niece, her happiness, and making sure everyone gives her a lovely wedding day, I suggest you keep your concerns to yourself. They're kinda rude.

confident, and confident. think of how your father will sense in case you and your mom make a huge deal out of leaving them out. If he quite cares for this woman, and in the event that they get married, she and her infants would be on your loved ones. you do no longer choose for to danger inflicting any harm emotions, or long term friction, over a marriage. you will no longer even observe who's at your wedding ceremony, so I say invite them. and that i could take some photos with your dad and destiny step mom and childrens besides, you are able to come to cherish those photos! I truthfully love my step mom and step sister and brother!

Sometimes vegetarians, particularly inexperienced ones, become malnourished due to not including a wide variety of plant based foods in their diets. This may be even more challenging for vegans. This results in their not getting sufficient nutrients or an imbalance of nutrients. Then again he may have some other condition that may or may not be hereditary. I hope your niece has discussed this with him.
Otherwise this should not be a problem for their children if the mother is healthy and makes certain her kids are well fed.

well, not all vegans are unhealthy, so he must be missing a specific nutrient because he doesn't know where to get it. i would suggest that he sees a nutritionist so he/she can determine what your niece's future husband needs to eat. his health problems could also be completely unrelated to his veganism, in which case they could be hereditary, depending upon what they are.
