Yes. It all depends on how strong a person's immune system is. You may not break out because you have a resistance or immunity to contracting the STD while somebody else may get it the very first time they have sex with an infected person. It also depends on the condition of the person with the warts: if the warts are discharging, how many there are, etc.

It depends on your rsistance. And it depends on how bad the warts were whenhe had sex with each partner. Veneral warts can be dormant in a person for months.
