You can protect yourself by NOT HAVING SEX!

Wait until you are married and there won't be a problem with it.

Tieing your tubes will not decrease you chances of catching H.I.V what so ever. All this does is make you sterile.

There are very simple precautions you can take to protect yourself from HIV. Don't share needles, limit your number of partners, don't take unnecessary risks (like sleeping with some one you just met), and always use a condom.

You can protect yourself in a number of ways.

Abstinence or Condoms (male or female) might be the most popular answers, however, go to your local drug store to see what other items are on the market that are more to your liking.

Tying your tubes will NOT protect you from contracting HIV!!!

The only 100% foolproof method of avoiding HIV is abstinence! If you're not willing to avoid having sex for the rest of your life, then be sure to use a condom.

#1 best way is no sex at all.
#2 is condom use from start to finish.
#3. engage in mutual masterbation only.
#4. engage in oral sex only. Although there may be some small risk.

Never share needles, never have gay sex, never have anal sex and your odds are very low.
