One word of caution. This is a "natural" product which means that it has not gone through years of stringent testing by the FDA. That also means they can claim anything they want. Please be very cautious when you are considering a treatment for such a serious life threatening condition as congestive heart failure.

I would avoid this product. Any tablet that contains 21 different ingredients but the manufacture refuses to provide information about how much of each is in a tablet is extremely suspicious. Herbal products in general are not expected to prove they work to the FDA or anyone else and there have been many cases where they actually caused harm.

I would talk to my doctor and stick with prescription therapy for heart failure. If you really want to add an extra pill to your regimen try an antioxidant like vitamin C.
