What is "Horne?" If you're asking if such medication increases libido, I don't think so, but perhaps if you're feeling more "in the mood," it might be due to the medication working well for you.

The X in diabetic medications indicates, I believe, an extended release property--rather than going into the system all at once, it's absorbed more slowly, over a longer period of time, to keep the glucose levels stable and thus prevents them from either spiking or bottoming out. This, in turn, can lead to an overall improvement in many areas, simply because the diabetes is being managed well.

I just don't get what "x-pills" are. As for "horny" that could mean anything. This is a very bad question to be asked in the diabetes section.
