Most grocery store carry Bamboo Shoots in can in the Oriental section of their store...

Bamboo Shoots come canned and are available in all sizable grocery outlets or specialty stores. I get mine from IGA

i'm veg.. i live in vegas... i get mine-well my mother gets 'em in the cans downtown in the asian markets. i think sometimes there's fresh ones, but i'm not sure. i'm not much of a cook myself, heh. my
