Crying cleans out your mind so your soul can express itself.

Answer a few times.
Most recent was last June when my husband's aunt died.
I only knew ths lady a short time but there was something about her that I immediatly loved. She was so accepting, honest and loving. I felt connected to her. And when she passed I felt as if someone had taken something so very precious. Again it was kind of odd because as I said I didnt know her long. But I cried like I havent since my Grandmother died in 3rd grade.
Oddly enough I am agnostic but when it came to her I would say she was a "gift from God" that this woman was truely in the world as an angel. She wasnt fancy...eal down home. I wish I could put into words how fantastic she was. Its people like her that leave me feeling "maybe there is a higher power...people like this dont happen by sheer accident"
Anyway still to this day I can feel her. My heart (and soul) ache because I miss our chats yet there is a lingering feeling that she is still here.

I do. And I know exactly what you mean. The love of my life carried the weight of the world on his shoulders and seemed to feel the pain of everyone in it. He was so sensitive and emotionally tuned in with the earth. It was too much for him and he had a break down. Please remember to give it to God. He will carry it for you. And accept that you can't change it. Try to focus on the beautiful things in the world-there are so many. Go outside and look at the stars, watch the butterflies, feed the ducks, smell the flowers, go to the park and see the happiness on the children's faces while they play. It's okay to feel but don't let it tear you down. And thanks for caring about those things that you can't change. The world needs more people who care.

I use to.. but, when we do things frequently they become habits. In my own point of view I think crying is a bad habit due to the fact that it has no benefits, or at least not benefit me. It did not benefit me at all and all it did was leave me even more sad and more unnecessary tears. If crying becomes a habit when even something goes wrong we might automatically cry lol.

Yes Friend, The Word says " With much wisdom, comes much sorrow" . I understand your feelings. It becomes hard when God begins reveiling things to us , and we can see the errors people make, yet it seems at times we are powerless to stop them in their errors. The tears come from knowing the truth, and seeing God's people in trouble, and knowing the answers, though many turn their back. Yes it saddens any good man, or women of God friend. It means you have the Holy Spirit dwelling within you.

Yeah I do that a lot. When I see the news and see how bad it is in other parts of the world, and even in my own part of the world, I have tears in my eyes sometimes. How sweet that you cry too. As a man, that is a rare quality. Very nice.

Happens to me alot. It's hard to be happy when you're a very sensitive person. I absolutely can't watch the news. I too want the world to change. It's very saddening. I don't know what's worse, being like we are, or living it up and not caring about the troubles of the world. I guess I would rather not care. I hope we survive our sadness. Take care.

Yes when my mother commited suicide and when my husband left me.

I got my husband back but not my mother.

I cry sometimes at ads on tv that touch my soul or heart and tears come unbidden.

Its called having empathy and if you are a guy that is a rare thing don't ever let it go.

Yes I do. I cry for little children and old people. I cry when I see suffering that could have been avoided and animals that look at us with big trusting eyes just before we slaughter them. Vulnerability makes me cry. That's the price we pay for having a soul I guess.

Yeah. I do that at times. I don't even know what to pray for. But then I remember a verse in the Bible that tells of that:

Romans 8:26
Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

Reading that verse might not stop me, I actually figure that it is a good thing. I want my spirit to talk to God. I want to talk to God and don't know what to say. Talking about this reminds me how much I love God. It really does.
