You are inquiring about interstitial cystitis. This condition often eludes diagnosis for quite some time. Treatment is problematic at best. Dietary advice is readily available on-line. Quality research trials regarding the value of such diets is lacking. You will note that dietary recommendations vary widely and that dietary prohibitions are so broad that such diets are inherently difficult to follow. The variable nature of interstitial cystitis makes research on dietary intervention more difficult to assess. If you do suffer from this condition I am empathetic.
