Besides being UNPROVEN that a man has been infected with 'HIV' from a woman, it's silly to scare someone with such a silly statement. If 'HIV' were so easy to transmit via oral sex, it would have happened in large numbers. But even penile/vaginal intercourse is surprisingly difficult to 'transmit' 'HIV'. Like 1/1000. [1]

Saliva has not been shown to be a transmission vector, however, someone with sores or cuts in their mouth could pass infected blood to another.

Even flossing and brushing can result in bleeding. While this isn't a common way of contracting the virus, it is possible.
