They look good, but they also looked deep fried and if so are they really still good for me?

They really were not good. I thought that the inside heated too quickly, while the outside was not as warm. They were really weird. I suppose they're tolerable, as long as you use a dipping sauce to go along with them, to mask the taste. They are just extremely dull. Anyways, as far as nutrition goes, the morning star farms website has a lot of information. They're not healthy, but I will add the link below, so you can make the judgement for yourself. :]

The Broccoli and Cheese bites were okay, but didn't have much flavor. There is an artichoke version which was a little better, but both need some herbs or spices to increase the flavor. They taste very fatty, so adding oil wouldn't be necessary. Try spanakopita (spinach and cheese filo mini pies) from the freezer section of your grocery. Much better.

You're right - they DO look good. They lack on taste - big time. I found them rather bland. The texture of the broccoli and cheese was good, though. (It wasn't all mushy). I'm not sure that they're deep fried...I think they are just breaded like MSF chicken nuggets.

In response to this Kellogg's (they own MS Farms now) has actually *increased* their use of eggs and canceled a lot of the older no egg products! Kellogg's started 'loading' the MS Farms line with cheese things like this to add another outlet for the cheese they make (they own Sargento now also).

For the first time since I learned about MS Farms, Worthington and Loma Linda back in the '70s I'm avoiding their products, along with anything else made by ANY Kellogg's division!

Check the fat content. They taste fine, have a little garlic, make you gassy. Sometimes the cheese is all runny and the broccoli bits are more like stem stumps. You might be better off with the chic patties.

Not at all good for you...a little bland and salty for my taste, but a good late-night microwave snack. I've gotten them a couple of times.

In general, Morning Star loads its foods with preservatives and chemical junk, so they're not the healthiest choice...as if any of the frozen burgers/sausage were that great for you....

Am I the only one that actually LIKES them? I love mine with fries, personally like the taste, I don't think it's too salty or anything.

Don't listen to other people's opinions though, everyone has their own tastes.

I haven't had them. Read the label and it will tell you the calories. Usually Morning Star foods are really good.

Well...we made them once and they had little flavoring. I melted a little butter and put it on top with a little salt. It's the only way I could eat them and then they were full of fat.

Not sure on your taste though!

I thought they looked good, too. And they were AWFUL!! Tasted like cardboard with paste. Don't bother.
