Your question makes no sense. What does a hulahoop have to do with gluten, which is the glue that is formed in grains, such as wheat, rye, barley, etc. Gluten is plant based. Many animals are fed a high grain diet, and the meat can cause issues for people who have celiac disease or are intolerant to gluten.

Gluten is almost always from wheat.

Unless you mean the monosodium glutimate, which is vegan.

Some flavors of huha hoops contain lactose, and they're produced on lines with products containing milk.
