I know that this may sound boring, but it doesn't really bother me that much, I eat pretty much the same thing every day.
Breakfast: these cheap-O wheat shred cereal things and vanilla soy milk (so good, I love cheap-o's...lol really though, no complaints) Also some coffee, and a multi- vitamin.
Lunch: either some kind of soup, or an apple and natural peanut butter.
Snack: either fruit, chickpeas, a couple pretzels(my junk food), chocolate soy milk, or like a salad(tomatoes, peas, spinach, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper)
Dinner: like soup, veggies(what ever is in my fridge) I eat beans like at least once a day, brown rice w/ peas, and olive oil, and lemon, or like sometimes even like a pasta, I love whole wheat pasta/ asparagus with a sun- dried tomato and basil sauce. but when I'm not into cooking, usually just rice and peas...
I eat about 5 times a day though so I divide those things up into like 5 little meals.

Don't eat like me unless you want to be a total lard****.
I don't always eat like this either, but I have a sore throat and my usual raw veggies will wait until I'm better.
