I gave oral sex to someone once. And the person didn't ejaculate. I only did it for barely 2 minutes.

anytime fluids are exchanged there's always a chance of infection and it doesn't matter if they ejaculated or not. the penis ALWAYS excretes pre-ejaculate fluids. it's safer to use a condium when permforming this act. stay safe and please go to your local aids awareness group or planned parenthood and educate yourself b/f you end up w/any std not just aids. don't forget herpes, syphyllis, gonorrhea. all of those are pretty nasty as well and you can get those through oral sex as well.

AIDS & HIV are the less common STDs. you need to worry about Herpes, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and HPV as they are far more contagious. you need to ask your partner about his/her health history BEFORE you do the deed.
