If you have gonorrhea or chlamydia in the throat or anus, (all unpleasantries aside) it will not make you infertile.

Female infertility from these infections is caused by inflammation of the uterus and Fallopian tubes . If there is prolonged vaginal infection (due to gonorrhea, chlamydia, bacterial vaginosis, etc.), the infection spreads upward into the uterus and Fallopian tubes. This can cause inflammation in those parts (called pelvic inflammatory disease or PID). Inflammation makes scar tissue form, and the scar tissue clogs up the uterus and Fallopian tubes.

If the Fallopian tubes are scarred, the egg can't float down into the uterus. If the uterus is scarred, the fertilized egg can't implant. You can see how this will make it awfully hard to have a baby.
