if the same guy that gave her vaginal gonorrhea or chlamydia got a ******** from her then she could harbor the infections orally.

It depends on which STD. But yes, a "bj" is oral sex, which is a SEXUAL ACTIVITY.

If a girl has oral herpes (cold sores, not a true STD, but can be spread during oral sex), or gonorrhea or chlamydia in her throat, then YES, by all means she could pass it during an unprotected bj.

But if she has HPV, genital herpes, genital infections of gonorrhea or chlamydia, etc., she's not going to pass those germs from her mouth to a guy's penis.

You can make oral sex much safer by applying a flavored condom. Polyurethane condoms are available if you're allergic to latex.
