HPV doesn't stop women from conceiving or having a baby.
If the woman has genital warts during delivery though, it is possible for her to spread it to the baby as it is coming through the birth canal. This is EXTREMELY rare though, and the woman can always have a C-section to avoid this.
Some women will develop cervical cancer from their HPV (I did!). Most women who develop cervical cancer have to have a hysterectomy done. If they have this done, then they can not have any children.

Yes, a pregnant woman infected with HPV may have more complicated warts than a woman who is not pregnant. Genital warts may increase in size, bleed, or become infected with bacteria. Your health professional may recommend treatment.

You can get pregnant during any type of sexual intercourse. It might be harder to get pregnant, and it might be more harmful to your body in some cases - however, it may not be harmful either.
Check with a doctor, or a health department. They should have some kind of information. Or go online (for that subject itself.)

yes. most women in the US have or are going to get HPV. and they all still have babies.

Of course!!! You can pregnant if you have AIDS, clamadia, syphilis, and any other STD.
